by Dee Newman
Oh, when my foolish heart was made aware
of your free flowing form and grace,
your fair and lovely face,
I felt that with them nothing could compare,
could measure up or displace.
But, before long another was defined,
as beautiful to behold,
no less flawless or refined.
Even more rare and radiant and bold
than your body is your mind.
